SafeSFS Messages

Userid beginning command command.

 

Indicates SafeSFS has begun to process command issued by user userid.

 

0004I

Userid ending command with return code return code.

 

Indicates SafeSFS has finished processing the command.

Command command failed.

 

Indicates command failed.

Action

Review the SAFESFS console log for other messages indicating the cause of the command failure. Correct the cause of the problem and retry the command. Contact Safe Software technical support if you are unable to correct the problem.

 

0102E

Invalid Command Name command name.

 

An invalid command name was specified.

Action

Correct the command name and retry the command.

 

0104E

File fileid not retrieved, it already exists.

 

A file with the same name as the file to be retrieved already exists on the issuing user's A disk.

Action

Erase or rename the existing file and retry the command.

 

0105R

Do you wish to re-edit the file to correct the errors? (Y/N)

 

Invalid rules were created while updating a rule file. The user may choose to correct the errors, or to quit the rule edit session without changing the rules.

Action

Specify Y to correct the invalid rule or N to quit the rule edit session.

The fileid specified was not found on any of the issuing user's accessed mdisks or directories.

This may indicate a locally modified file or a file that has had SafeSFS maintenance applied to it. The purpose of the warning is to notify the SafeSFS Administrator that a local modification may exist and may need to be removed or re-applied when upgrading SafeSFS.

If upgrading SafeSFS, review the modified files and re-apply updates or remove the files as needed. .
